• Employees should not contact student-athletes outside of scheduled meetings.  This means you will not provide the student-athlete with your e-mail address or phone number (cellular & home).  
• If a student-athlete contacts their tutor directly to cancel or reschedule a session, the tutor needs to redirect him/her back to the Assistant Director of Academic Support Programs.
• Under no circumstances should tutors or student-athletes confer on assignments or homework problems via e-mail.  All tutoring must occur within the Georgia Tech Athletic Association premises.
