Cancellations need to be communicated 24 hours in advance. In case of an emergency situation, please contact GTAA at gtaatutors@athletics.gatech.edu and Brainstream at partner@brainstreamtutoring.com.  An unexcused cancellation is considered a no show.

No Show/ Tardy Policy

5 min late = Tardy

2 Tardies = 1 No Show

15 min late = No Show

2 No Shows = Decrease in sessions

3 No shows - Removal of all sessions

Please let us know if the cancellation that happens is outside our terms. We want you to get paid for the time that you took out of your day to prepare for a session.
