Do not contact GTAA about payment or other HR duties. All questions regarding HR should go to Brainstream Tutoring directly.
All tutors are paid for the agreed upon amount stated at the beginning of the job posting. You will be paid the second pay period after you start. If you have any questions regarding the pay amount, please email partner@brainstreamtutoring.com.
Tutors are paid biweekly through direct deposit via an online payment software. Federal holidays may delay the payment by a day-or-two.
This is the payment schedule for the 2023-2024
Cancellation Period
- GTAA is able to cancel up to midnight for sessions before 4:00 pm EST the next day.
- GTAA is able to cancel sessions up to 12:00 pm the same day for sessions after 4:00 pm EST.
- If GTAA cancels outside of these deadlines, then the sessions will be counted as a miss and therefore a full charge for the lesson.
